Physical therapy will incorporate soft tissue mobilization, adjustments, acupuncture/dry needling, and specific exercise to recover from injuries. There are 30 minute and 60 minute options to fit your schedule and budget.

Sports Performance Training

60 minute sessions focusing on training specific to the individual and their sport and position.

Sports Acupuncuture

This includes acupuncture, dry needling, electro acupuncture, and ultrasound guided dry needling. Great for reducing pain and sports recovery

Sports Massage

Help muscles relax and recover with 30 minute sports massages.

Biomechanical Analysis

Get your running form or golf swing analyzed to determine areas you can improve on to prevent injury and improve performance.
